Who is the Data Controller?
Pursuant to the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVK Law”), the data controller of your personal data is Ortakent mh. Eren sk. No:18 Bodrum/Muğla/Turkey, 2-B TEKSTİL SAN. TUR. CONSTRUCTION. TİC. İTH. Ve İHR.LTD. ŞTİ. (“Company”).
What is Personal Data?
Within the scope of the KVK Law, personal data refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (Personal Data) and Special Categories of Personal Data, which is a special type of this, refers to your data on race, ethnic origin, political opinion, philosophical belief, religion, sect or other beliefs, disguise and dress, association, foundation or union membership, health, sexual life, criminal conviction and security measures, and your biometric and genetic data (“Special Categories of Personal Data”).

Your personal data may vary depending on the service, product or commercial activity provided by our Company; It may be collected verbally, in writing or electronically by automatic or non-automatic methods, call center, website, social media channels, mobile applications and similar means.
For what purpose do we process your personal data?

To whom and for what purpose may we transfer your personal data?
Your personal data collected; Carrying out the necessary work by our business units in order to benefit you from the products and services offered by our Company, recommending the products and services offered by our Company to you by customizing them according to your likes, usage habits and needs, offering you special advertisements, campaigns and other benefits by analyzing them by our Company, sending commercial electronic messages in line with your permission preferences, sending mail, survey and telesales applications, reporting and evaluating your shopping data, conducting statistical analyzes, ensuring the legal and commercial security of our Company and the persons who have a business relationship with our Company, determining and implementing our Company’s commercial and business strategies and ensuring the execution of our Company’s human resources policies, to our business partners, shareholders, legally authorized public institutions and private persons within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVK Law. and 9. of the KVK Law within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVK Law. What are your rights listed in Article 11 of the KVK Law as a Data Owner?
As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to our Company by the methods set out below, our Company will finalize your request free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.
However, if a fee is stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Board, the fee in the tariff determined by our Company will be charged. In this context, personal data owners;

Request information if their personal data has been processed,
To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used for their intended purpose,

In the event that personal data is damaged due to unlawful processing of personal data, it has the right to demand the compensation of the damage.
Pursuant to paragraph 1 of Article 13 of the KVK Law, you can submit your request to exercise your rights mentioned above to our Company in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
Since the Personal Data Protection Board has not determined any method at this stage, you must submit your application to our Company in writing in accordance with the KVK Law.
In this context, the channels and procedures to submit your written application to our Company within the scope of Article 11 of the KVK Law are explained below.
In order to exercise your rights mentioned above, you can send your request to Ortakent mh. Eren sk. No:18 Bodrum/Muğla/Turkey in person with documents identifying your identity and/or you can send it by registered mail, notary public and/or other methods specified in the KVK Law.
